Power on the Foot Vibe Pro by pressing the white button on the wireless remote or unit control panel. Press MODE on the control panel only to toggle between manual or automatic treatments. Press TIMER on the control panel only for a 5,10, or 20 minute session. Now press the red button (remote or control panel) to cycle through 8 levels of infrared therapy. Finally, using the remote or the control panel, press the UP and DOWN arrows until you find a vibration speed that suits you.
