Goes on very wet and shiny, a bit tricky to get a clean edge, but doable. Dries matte and a bit tacky, but easy to wear. Good thing, because this lasted for hours without needing a retouch! Lasted right through a Christmas party all the way through the cheesecake before it succumbed to the napkin. Very impressed and looking forward to next time!
