Love This!
I've been using Slim Fast on and off for years and whenever I try a new brand of meal replacement shake, I always find myself coming back to Slim Fast. I just prefer it! The chocolate is really nice and the flavor tastes great. I blend mine with oat milk so it's a thick consistency. I don't feel hungry for a few hours. I've been trying to up my protein and this has been helping me a lot.
