I have two of these twin-sized Simmons Rest Aire 17" to use for guests, and I slept on it daily for a week prior to their arrival to get a start on adjusting the firmness. It is very comfortable and quick to inflate and deflate, and I like the height. The built-in pump is convenient and straightforward to operate. The mattress didn't tip and toss me out like another brand did when I rolled on my side toward one half of the bed. Note the instructions given with the bed that, in the beginning, it may seem like the bed is "losing air" (it's not), but it is just that, having been deflated in the box for so long, the rubber needs to stretch out while adapting to body weight. So for the first few days after each night's sleep, you'll need to gradually "top off" with more air, and eventually, the rubber will finish adapting and holds its firmness consistently. Filling it to be firm prevents a struggle in rolling from side to side and pushing up to sit, and it prevents a sore back. (But just don't overfill.) I have a Queen in this model too for larger guests, and the guest said it is very comfortable, (but a Queen does take up more floor space).
