Then measure the length of your leg from the heel at the floor to the bend in the knee. For best results use ankle and calf circumference chart. A health care professional should be consulted to evaluate, diagnose and recommend appropriate compression therapy. Skineez Socks Size: Small/Medium; Women's Shoe Size: 6 - 9-1/2; Men's Shoe Size: 7 - 10; Circumference: Ankle: 7 in - 9-5/8 in (18 - 24.4 cm); Calf: 11 in - 16 in (28 - 40.6 cm). Socks Size: Large/X-Large; Women's Shoe Size: 10 - 13-1/2; Men's Shoe Size: 10-1/2 - 14+; Circumference: Ankle: 9-3/4 in - 12-3/8 in (24.7 - 31.4 cm); Calf: 15-1/2 in - 20 in (39.4 - 50.8 cm). Directions: After 10 washes, in order to continue receiving the hydrating benefits, the garment will need to be re-infused with Skineez Garment Spray (not included). Machine wash the garment in cold water with like colors, then while wet turn it inside out and spray the areas of the garment that you wish to re-infuse. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Made in U.S.A. and they feel great

These are a little too long for me. But I have to have them. They provide the support I need. I buy these because they're made in the U.S.A. Do you know how hard it is to buy American? I can leave a little extra loose at the toes so it doesn't wrinkle or bunch up at the knee. I don't buy them for their moisturizing angle. That's just pointless, a marketing gimmick. My legs feel better when I have these on. If you're continuously sitting throughout the day without taking a 15-20 minute break to walk around and stretch, you may be setting yourself up for a DVT blood clot that could get into your lungs or heart. If you don't want to have to use these for the rest of your life, then take regular breaks to walk a thousand paces. You should get six-thousand steps in daily.
