We LOVE this TV! We ordered online. It was delivered with a shattered screen. We had to repackage it and take it back to a Walmart store. That entailed a refund and then a repurchase. Although that was troublesome for two senior citizens, the Walmart staff was absolutely GREAT! It was at the Hammond, LA store. The staff in the Order/Pickup department was very helpful. They helped unload the broken product and load the new one. We tipped the two young men that assisted.

My Tv was delivered to another address and Walmart allowed the person to keep the Tv and told me to wait 10 days to be return my money to my card. This whole situation has cost me time and money big inconvenience and I can't just purchase from another company because clearly the sale will be over thanks for absolutely both Walmart and taking my money with no product and the person who delivered it to 261 Bergen avenue should be fired my address clearly states 44 Woodlawn but I'm sure she's enjoying the Tv I bought The driver even took a picture of the wrong person with my Tv never confirmed my name or called me I had to call him because the app said it was delivered
