These are solid, great ingredients, low'ish in sugar, a bit o' protein and the flavor is on point! BRCC did these right, well worth the cost for when you run out of beans or just to have on hand in the fridge for More Coffee! or when family & friends swing through. I like these more than Monster and other brands because they are sweet enough without being too sweet. 200mg of caffeine is just enough. 300mg makes me feel jittery, anxious, and irritable. I recommend these if you need more energy than a cup of coffee, but not the shakes.
