I purchased this to cut out rice paper transfers and the rice paper is just too thin. Scissors are the way to go. However, this little tool works great on tar paper and craft foam. Slice products NEVER disappoint. In this instance, the tool didn't work for the purpose intended but it will not be wasted because it works GREAT on other materials.
