Honestly best non medicated cleaner! Convenient size moist wipe makes it easy to clean down into your dog's ear and get the brown stuff out. No additional drops needed. Personally, I just fold and squeeze a little liquid from the wipe, massage outside ear area to loosen dirt, then wipe out the yuck. Package has tight screw lid to keep wipes moist for over 1 year. No horrible scent.
