All of the instructions are in picture form. No instructional words. Shows exactly what needs to be done. Use a Phillips screwdriver that ratchets. That will save on the wrist. Wheels are cheap plastic that I had to snap back on but what do you expect for the price and it's not like there will be a lot of wheeling around.
