quality collagen peptides against ageing

Ordered this product to try before ordering a bigger package. Dissolves nicely in water. composition: beef collagen peptides which is good, no fish smell. I have problems with cartilages and my knee cracks sometimes. collagen improved my health and my knee doesn't make this weird sound anymore. I take it one spoon daily in the morning with breakfast. after a few months I saw the positive effect of this ingredient to my diet. I highly recommend this product in terms of price/benefit. you can add berries to the drink with collagen to improve its taste.

Quality collagen

Love this collagen and the size of the package. It has a resealable top and has kept the collagen fresh. I use it daily in my coffee along with a vitamin c tablet to help with absorption. I'm seeing improvements in my skin and nails along with my joints! Would highly recommend.
