Great addition to recovery protocols

I tend to have knee pain so that was the area of focus when using this product. I used it after each run and do believe it contributed to better recovery with less aching/soreness

I found applying modestly works best for my body. The scent is minty but not overwhelming. I love that it is free of parabens! A great option to try!
