Great not too spicy chili

First time trying the Blue Dragon sweet chili sauce and I loved it. Easy to use and open, properly sealed. I like that it's filled to the brim unlike other products. I had it with some meat and rice, mixed the sweet chili with the rice and it was delicious. The older I get the less spice I can handle but this product had a great balance perfect for me to enjoy.

The sauce has a medium viscosity, not watery but not thick like a paste. It smells like garlic and chili. The spice level is mild to medium, as the heat grows on the tongue the more you eat. There are chili flakes and seeds throughout the sauce which adds texture and heat. It is tasty and can pair well with rice and meat or vegetable dishes.

I absolutely love the sweet heat of this sauce! This sauce is not too hot for me, which can be hard when shopping for sweet lchili sauces.
