Why bother with tea bags, one cup at a time?

I'm not a tea snob, but bulk tea is SO CHEAP that homemade tea is almost the same price as plain water. I make 2 quarts at a time and have iced tea with nearly every meal. Once in a while, I'll warm up a cup to have hot tea which goes better with some meals.
