Psyllium Husk Powder, 1.5 Pounds — Kosher, Raw, Vegan — by Food to Live

2.5 ounces not pounds. I prefer this last year and the price went up for less of the product. The last order said 85% fiber????

I bought it as a fiber supplement to take it daily with water. This powder is absolutely impossible to be used in this manner. As son as I mix it with water, it immediately turns into a clay-like substance which is impossible to swallow, and once in mouth it sticks to gums, teeth, impossible to clean off even with a tooth brush. Maybe it is OK as a food additive, but then it should be clearly stated on the bag. I wish I could return it, but the bag is opened and some of it used.
