i like this 12 inch ceramic frying pan because i have used it to cook chicken and pancakes a couple times and i was able to basically wipe it clean with a paper towel every time. when i cook with a pan the nonstick factor is very important to me and in my opinion this is definitely one of the better nonstick pans i have cooked with.
