I just got this and have only used it once (baked fish) but I love it already. It's stated oven heat limit is 400 degrees, and the fish recipe said 425. I baked the fish at 390 and it was completely cooked and delicious. I can't wait to try some chicken or bacon on it and have the grease drip away into the pan. Was easy to clean (soap and water, soft sponge). Should have bought this a long time ago. So far I am very pleased with it and look forward to healthier meals.

Well, I had no idea that they had these bacon pans that had a screen over them that keeps things crispy when you cook them. Well, I love to bake things like bacon and jalapeño poppers and I've used this twice so far and it's perfect and cleaning it is even better it's so easy and I really really like this thing and it was worth every dynamite of it.

cooking bacon in the oven with this is amazing! catches all the grease and cooks the bacon evenly so theyre all the right amount of crunchy. I have cooked corn dogs on this also. Next, I will try to cook on this would be wings. Cleaning is simple and easy, and the size of this pan is aright. I cannot say it will fit a whole package of bacon in one go but it works for what it claims.
