I bought these for my sister because they are so useful.!!hope most of us have stopped using containers that are no longer considered healthy and gone back to glass. These bowls are twice the size I thought they would be! I wanted small glass bowls for my husband to take to work, to microwave/reheat his breakfast or lunch. These bowls will hold an entire can of soup, or a medium sized salad, a serving of spaghetti, a chicken breast and a side of potatoes- these bowls are Big. I'll use them, for sure, but I'm going back to look for something that holds 2 scrambled eggs. I have a bento box that he likes, but he doesn't want to use plastic in the microwave. We're in our late 50's, so I'm not worried about plastic, because it's too late now😄, but glass in the microwave is the preference… if the microwave isn't out to get you😈
