This is an excellent pan. I'm not a professional, I don't need the expensive one, but I don't want a cheap one I'm going to replace sooner than later. This is a good brand. The pan size is embossed on it, so you don't grab the wrong size for your recipe. Everything bakes up nice. If you believe that if you buy right, you buy once, this is the brand to buy. I've never regretted a purchase of this brand. Ever.

Nothing Sticks and It's a breeze to clean!
I've yet to run into a problem with things sticking to the pan. I've baked a bunch of loaves of bread in it. It fits in my toaster-oven-style air fryer pretty well (just barely lol but nothing has burned yet) I have yet to make a quickbread or a meatloaf in it, so I don't know how it handles that stuff, but so far? It's doing great with breads.
