Menopause has me a mess and this is def making me more comfortable during the day. I insert at night and there's no mess in the morning or during the day. I just go on about my day. Each insert is individually sealed in foil. It says you can use it more often as needed. So far maybe every other day for me. No irritation or issues. Not a gross feeling, just comfortable.
