(6 pack) Pillsbury Funfetti Complete Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Mix, 28 oz Box

We tried this for our grandchildren's sleepover (ages 5 and 4), and it was a hit! They were thrilled by the funfetti sprinkles which made breakfast feel like a celebration. I usually make homemade pancakes, but this mix was surprisingly good. The texture is light and fluffy, and I added a teaspoon of vanilla to enhance the flavor — a small touch that made a big difference. I even enjoyed them!

Im a former owner of many restaurants. I say this because I use this mix and Walmart Great Value pancake mix both regular and buttermilk to make what I call Cajun crunches. These pastries would be a hit in a restaurant. If you follow these instructions you will love this wonderful pastry. Put 1/4 to 1/2 cup of mix in bowl. Slowly, add a very small amount of water to where you can roll the dough up to like a baseball. Now place mix on waxed paper and with wet fingers tap it down and put in air fryer at 375 degrees for approximately 12 minutes. If the the pastry sticks to the waxed paper give it an other minute or 2. I put sugar free cherry and blueberry pie filling on the top after baking. Add some sugar of choice to the dough for a sweeter choice. I use all sugar substitutes. I do recommend. Enjoy.
