Our TV died one morning and we agreed we needed to replace it ASAP. We checked on the Walmart website and found just what we wanted -- on sale! The TV was very easy to order via the Internet, picked it up the same afternoon. The young man who brought it to the car was very careful and helpful getting it into our car. And the weather was cold and miserable that day!

The %231 reason i will NEVER buy or recommend this brand again is because of thier sneaky, greedy, entrapment!! once you own the TV and begin setting it up for use you get to a point where you have to call a phone number shown on the screen before they will activate the TV. upon calling this number I find out that you must pay $70 every 5 years or $90 for the life of the TV. what a rip!! it's like you're paying for the honor of owning their TV. if they really wanted to do this, they should be smart and just included in the point of sale. I felt victimized! I still feel very upset about it...I asked the representative if anyone else felt upset about this additional charge and he said oh yes all the time. so they're fully aware. it's a bad eay of doing business! They wait till the TV is in your home, out of the box. your way into setting it up before they let you know that there's another price to be paid. sneaky %26 disgusting!! Walmart needs to put a stop to this, dtop carrying this brand! Vizion😡

Box was delivered with a huge gouged rip on the top of thr box. The end was tapped with shipping tape. The Fedex delivery man "Dropped" the box on tbe porch. The T.V. needs to be inspected now to see if there has been any damage. Its annoying that Walmart ships out electronics with damaged packaging.
