Powerful, with suggestions
Powerful and doesn't get clumped up at shredder edges when handling larger # of sheets like others I've had. I "shake" the machine to better distribute the shredded pieces so they don't accumulate in a pile at rear of bin thereby causing the machine to fill up prematurely if I don't Would recommend better handholds for emptying because sides are a bit slippery. I am happy with this purchase!
