I'm no expert, but these stick on wood flooring makes me look like one. I'm a renter and my bathroom floor needed an upgrade badly. This made it feel new and fresh. They stick great and so far they are holding up very nicely. I use a swiffer for cleaning and cleaning product seem to be fine when used around my toilet area, have not used straight bleach, but cleaning products with bleach . If you want to look like a real pro, buy some of that caulking tape, to edge it out and it looks amazing.
