Very hard to open the infuser insert.

This infusion pitcher did what it said after my husband was able to crank open the lid. I almost had to use a different method for infusing my tea for a party because the lid was tightened too much for me to get it off for inserting the fruit.

IT'S PLASTIC!! I got this today after having to call FedEx three times, I can't get the top screwed off the infuser baskets! It looks like it's cross threaded!! Very cheaply made, looks like a $5.00 pitcher!! Will be returning!!
