Good grains but took a few more days to rejuvenate

It took about 4 days (vs the 1 day on the package instructions) to for the grains to completely rehydrate and start fermenting as they should. I have used the grains since then for several batches of kefir, and also successfully stored them in the refrigerator for a few days when not in use. The grains are so far thriving and growing, and in less than 3 weeks I now have approx 50% more than I started with. I would buy from this brand again.

Grains worked well.

I was brand new to making water kefir and my grains have worked very well. I have had them for almost a year and they produce delicious water kefir no matter the season in2-3 days.
