i bought this automatic litter box for my dad. he loves his kit kat but at 90 he was forgetting to clean it out and when he did, it really wore him out. i could tell it was weighing on his mind so, i tried this. kit kat was hesitant at first but got used to it quickly. i monitor it for him and let him know when the waste box needs emptying, when to add litter, etc. everyone, including kit kat, is happy now!

Going through cancer treatments has drained my energy. My cat used to use an outdoor box, but I couldn't deal with how heavy it was to empty it and clean it out and refill it. Titus a big cat, so he had the biggest box I could find and placed it under a table, which had to be covered in winter and spring ( rain). It was a lot. Then I found PetKit. It's indoors behind an end table close to slider cat door he uses to to go outside. Can't see it from where guests are in living room. The cat took a few days to get used to it, but now uses it with no issues. It empties after every use and sprays a deodorant. I have to change the waste box, which is easy, once a week or so. So much easier.

I'm very Pleased with my Petkit Pura Max. Love the nice little bags to collect the used litter. So convenient. I like that the app notifies me when the litter bag is full, I just wish it would notify me when I need to add litter. I was wondering why the app no longer identifies each cat when they use the box,it just says your cat. Very pleases do far with the Petkit pura max.
