I ordered two packets of 4 cat litters, which means I should be receiving 8 cat litters in total. However, I only received two packages. I contacted Walmart for a replacement, but I did not receive any updates for over 20 days. When I called again to follow up, the seller failed to inform me that they had no replacement and did not even bother to process a refund.
