They say delivered? But where is the product?

The water is always noted as being delayed in transit… and very often ( as is frequent with Walmart products ) they send me a notice it has been delivered.. and it never came at all. Poor service… a refund is a poor response to an ongoing problem of not being able to trust the company and the people they do business with..
