This pasta salad has been around for years. I remember my mom making it when I was growing up in the 90s. Has a great flavor and keeps well. I usually add a few extra items to the salad such as cheese, tomatoes, peppers, onions, and it really enhances the flavor. Would highly recommend.

I was hooked on this for months over the Summer. It's a nice chilled side dish, perfect for hot days. Living in Louisiana's heat and humidity makes cooking meals torture. If you cook, you're gonna get too hot to eat everything hot (we got hot sauce on most everything too). So in the summer, I plan for cool to cold and this pasta salad is a perfect partner for anything that comes off the BBQ, or with sandwiches. It's creamy cool ranch flavor is just a perfect complement to summer meals.
