Not same product it was!

This is not the same product it used to be, which I have used for years. The wax is not as high quality - the included wax strips are not either. Much more difficult to get it to actually pull off hair. Very disappointed.

beware says new formula. I was a return customer for decades. The old formula worked like magic. it only took one pull. This new formula is garbage. It doesn't pull your hair out in one pull at all causing pain with zero benifits. Even if you apply multiple times it will not pull off. Total disappointment

Very dangerous product

I wish I could leave 0 stars. They changed the old formula and now this product is literally dangerous. I have a blood clots and a bruise on my arm where I patch tested and the wax stuck to me and tried to rip off my skin. So glad I did not try it on my face first. DO NOT BUY THIS, IT IS NOT THE SAME AS IT USED TO BE!!!
