Microwave - From Frozen - ❶ Place 1 cup of frozen sweet peas in a microwave-safe dish. Add 2 Tbsp. of water. ❷ Cover and microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or until desired tenderness. ❸ Drain carefully. Season to taste and serve. Caution:. Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time. Cook to 165°F for quality and food safety. For best results, do not thaw before cooking. If product thaws, cook promptly. Do not refreeze this product if it has thawed.
