I have become mostly vegan but this is the only chicken I can eat because for me it's so versatile. I trick myself into not thinking it's meat when I make meatballs or white chili . Plus my 15 year old Chihuahua with very little teeth enjoys it too. Your body needs Protein so I haven't given this up. 👍👍

Reasons I lover Harvestland ground chicken

Harvestland ground chicken is a staple item for me. Not only doesn't have antibiotic's but I am unable to eat any mammal meats due to aloha-gal, but besides their other organic chicken products - ground chicken / it can replace ANY ground beef dish. I'm so happy I can order it.

Good, healthier choice

I'm moving to more of a Mediterranean but still love ground beef. This doesn't have the same texture, but it's a choice I've made, and I'm fine with it. It is so lean that I find I have to add a little olive oil or avocado oil for it to heat well. I wish it broke into smaller pieces like beef is all.
