first off i was having trouble using the bathroom and i read i needed to increase ny fiber. let me tell you. after 48 hours of taking this. no more trouble. took it for about two months and now im not taking it and im back to normal again. miracle pill. made sure to look at the ingredients and made sure there was nothing i never heard of. all good ingredients.
