This is a heavy duty pan. No torquing when filled or removing from oven (do NOT sit on a cold or wet surface when it's hot to prevent damaging the pan). Cleans up easily and comes in a variety of color options.

Perfect pan for sandwich loaf bread

I was looking for a pan that would work for making sourdough sandwich loaves, this worked perfectly! I also like that the pan has the ability to use another one on top of it, as a dome, to allow for more steam when baking. It was very easy to clean too!
