works great! quick too! however.....2 things I would recommend, 1. Coat your throat first, with a drink or a bite of food right before swallowing it. My husband and I both felt like it almost choked us or even a burning sensation in our throat after swallowing it, but if we took a drink or bite of food before swallowing it..no problem! 2..Drink a lot of water or something after taking it, or it does not work as quickly or as effective.

not chewing your food thoroughly, eating too fast, or breathing through your mouth can cause trapped gas. this can cause huge digestive issues -- things can't move as easily in air filled tunes and digestion can slow down and just ferment. if your belly is always taut and hard and bloated and food seems to just get stuck in you you might have trapped gas.
