I have an incurable disease of my colon it's hard to find anything to help me go about this. I hadn't went in a couple days and the other morning I picked it up and looked at it and read the directions. it said 30 minutes with water. I had no water. I had some that was melted. still had ice in it. I said well that'll do. I'm disabled. I can't walk by myself so I read the label. it said 30 minutes. I drank it. I wasn't to the bathroom in 34 minutes and boy did I finish and I feel so good. I sure will be buying some more of that in Walmart gifts in here on time. it doesn't cost much. be just at one time was worth the money. it don't taste. too bad. it's kind of like milk and magic right on the money!!

works great! quick too! however.....2 things I would recommend, 1. Coat your throat first, with a drink or a bite of food right before swallowing it. My husband and I both felt like it almost choked us or even a burning sensation in our throat after swallowing it, but if we took a drink or bite of food before swallowing it..no problem! 2..Drink a lot of water or something after taking it, or it does not work as quickly or as effective.
