I really like the temperature options, it makes it perfect for people who like different kinds of tea, I was so tired of trying to figure out the exact time to stop my old kettle for green and white teas. I'll leave my temperature recommendations at the bottom of this review in Fahrenheit if you are interested in learning which button options are best for each tea type. It boils very quickly, has auto shut off, and has a good enough size top, so that you can clean it easily. It has a pleasant beep, when it's done, my ears thank you for that. The spout is pretty easy to pour, and the buttons are easy to learn how to use. I really like the product, but here is what would make me love it: I think the buttons should be on the bottom of the handle, when I always accidentally press them, I worry that it will someday wear out the buttons, so that they'll stop working. I would love for the handle to have some grooves on it, so that I can grip it better. Now, if you did a goose neck kettle in a nice copper or brass finish, with the features this one has, I would go nuts, and buy it immediately, I would even pay a lot more for it. If you are a tea drinker, this is a great kettle. Buy it!
