I am addicted to this stuff! At first bite it seemed overly sweet but a few bite's in the wonderful vanilla flavor had me hooked. I love the fluffy texture of this ice cream and that it's soft enough out of the freezer to easily dip. That's probably because there's less cream and more milk in the recipe but that would only be a plus to me (more protein, less fat). But more important, the ingredients are simple and natural. No high fructose corn syrup, no unnecessary additives that cheapen the product to save money for the producer. I can't recommend it enough! Excellent flavor and texture!

Due to dietary restrictions it is a VERY rare day and a VERY special occasion when I treat myself to regular ice cream. When this day does arrive I am NOT going to cheap out.
