Best Reliable All Day Water Resistant Mascara

This mascara is amazing! It is water resistant, does not flake or smear and stays on and in place all day. No more raccoon eyes. I use a hydro boost micellar towelette to remove it, but this can be bought in a combo package with a tube of remover that works unbelievably well. Warning: there is not a word of English on the packaging!
