So far, I like them for spreading icing on cinnamon rolls n scrapping out small jars, n I used one to separate the chicken skin from the breast without tearing the skin. They look flimsy like they'll tear, because they're thin n very flexible, but I don't know yet. They did okay in the dishwasher and I love the colors. The price was right n that's what I look for first.
