I use to buy original cranberry and it helps but this particular kind is much better. It also helps my kidneys along with my bladder and I'm not bloated until night time when I just take one cause I don't want to be up all night. I love this and I am sure it will help you be better when you're taking 2 in the morning and 1 at night. 😊
