this is a real help for me. I use 1/2 cup water and one spoon grounds to put into 1%261/4 cup milk, my husband has been using this mixture for a long time. Most of the coffee makers cannot make coffee with so little of water but this little jem has no problem.

I love these coffee makers. No, there is no burner.Keureg doesn't have one either or many other brands. The coffee brews fast and is hot. I got one for work. I liked it so well, got one for home. I purchased 2 extra ones in case my first goes down, and I can't get more. Invariably, I get something I like, and then they quit making it.
