This thing is lighting fast, It has a lot of features i like. It doesn't have the lighted keyboard so i use a small lamp behind it and i like that better. But overall i would give it 5 stars.

I had issues from the beginning. It came configured to an owner named "Dell", so I didn't get to set up the operating system via the beginning menus. After two weeks it would not boot at all, because the system stopped recognizing the optical drive. Two weeks at a computer shop, and it finally booted reliably....but now would not allow driver updates, iPod syncing, iPhone backups. The Bluetooth stopped responding soon after, and then it no longer connected with the printer. I ran out of patience and money, and decided to get an entirely different brand (Gateway) of laptop. I really wanted this to be a positive review, but for the first time in more that 30 years of laptop use, I had to admit defeat and give up completely
