I was told by my Dr I needed more protine. He recommended this product. It's great, I put it in my smoothy every day. Because it has no flavor it does not alter the taste of my drink I love it. My protine levels are coming up which is important. I would recomend this to anyone. I do not like the flavored ones because you can't use them in a smoothy. Great product
