I almost didn't buy this due to cost so high. The brand was suggested by a nurse. The first time I walked away in shock. Then anemia was so bad I was having trouble breathing. So I thought even if I must skip some food I'm going to get it because I'm fond of breathing. The taste was pleasant and it didn't disturb my stomach. As for the quality I'll leave that to the experts. As for the value….I suppose that depends on your income and level of need for it. I'm hoping this improves my quality of life and my blood work later down the road. So far I'm happy I'm trying it and would recommend it.
