I took a chance on this, and it has totally surprised me. its non greasy, very absorbent, and I can't explain the releif this has given me in my hands, fingers, shoulder and neck muscles. I have throbbing Fibromyalgia pain daily but I'm using this for two days straight and have not felt that pain during sleep or early morning as usual. Doesn't has any particular smell.. its very soft, doesnt burn like other pain relieving creams. i haven't felt my neck and shoulder muscles this relaxed in a long time.
