Note: 

• Make sure the scale is placed on a hard, flat surface (tile, wood, etc.). If it is placed on something soft (carpet), it will not weigh accurately.
• Keep your gravity in the center of the scale and your body stable while taking measurements.
• Calibrating the Scale: Step on the scale until the display lights up, then step off until the scale shows ""0.0"" Do this each time you are measuring your weight.
