I really like these Chocolate Banana low carb protein shakes. I drink Chocolate Banana or one of the other flavours every day. I usually drink a coffee flavoured Atkins between breakfast and dinner to keep me going. I will drink another one around 7:30 8:00 pm after supper for the protein. I like Atkins shakes better than any other kind.
