Xbox fiasco

The card was missing four digits, so it couldn't be used. Walmart doesn't take back items from third-party vendors, so I had to use the customer service number on the back of the card. This was really a hassle, and it took numerous phone calls to get it sorted out. There was no way to see if any numbers were missing until after you purchased the Xbox card and scratched off the protective covering.

Do not order gift cards from Walmart.com. I ordered 2 $50 XBox cards for my father-in-law for Christmas and neither one of the worked. When I took them to customer service at my local store I was told they were non-returnable and there was nothing they could do. When I told her I just wanted 2 cards that worked the lady just stared at me like I was an idiot.

Never activated purchased Xbox gift card delivered

I got this 50.00 Xbox gift card for my daughter, who saved it until she returned to college. When she tried to use it, she was told it was never activated by the seller which was the Walmart in Noblesville IN., and was told it has to be activated by them in order to be able to use it, Well, she is in alabama at College and can no way go back to the store to have this activated, 50.00, and unable to use it. Very disappointing. Never order gift cards with your grocery delivery order 2000131-35292868
