The rubberized white bristle hot air curler who have pictured is NOT what I received. I currently have the blue handle white bristle hot air brush you have pictured. Same photo for this review. What I received was an all black hard bristle Hot Tools hot brush air curler. There was no paper work included. So disappointed when I opened the box! I no longer see the rubberized bristle curler on your website. I am keeping the item you sent. My current one is old. If it quits working I need a back up. However, I am highly disappointed you substituted an item . Additionally paper work should be included. The bristles on the one you sent are pointed and sharp

I did not receive the blue and white Helen of Troy pictured, that I had ordered. It's like the one I have had a while and REALLY like. Instead I got a black different Helen of Troy-disappointed because is not the one in the photo. I hope the blue and white one is still available to try again!!
